Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V and a missed call

"Don't they have any work?"

This was the question from Sunil (My husband), when I told him about blogs and bloggers. I really don't understand, why people hate writing and reading. Is it because it demands a lot of time. No way, all the movie freaks, it takes the precious three hours from ur lives to watch a movie.

All these excuses are the result of computer usage. Blogging is an excuse we've found for not writing anything. Here, we are typing, not writing. Use of computers have made us illierates. The day when we have to ask somebody how to write letters in our Mother toungue is not so far. I really don't remember when I wrote something in Malayalam last time.

There are many occassions where I wanted to give a missed call to find out my lost key/paper/pen .... Ctrl+C, Ctr+V and Ctrl+Z are the shortcuts I want to use for writing the same matter twice, rollback the new culinary skills which I won't be able to presnt infront of Sunil.

Mujhe Lassi nahi peeni hai

Continuation of the hot discussion going on in my team...Somebody sent a list of Desi products to be used and those Pardesi products to be avoided, the revenue flowing out to other countries due to those so called- foreign branded ones and blah blah blah.
Do we really need to avoid all these foreign brands? Do we really distinguish between Desi and Pardesi products when we go for shopping? It is only the quality and the comfort levels that leads us. If I don't like Lassi, why I should have it only for the sake of pouring in to the so called Indian economy.

I don't want to go deep into the pros and cones of globalization and MNC culture and all those serious stuff. I would rather prefer to enjoy what is conveneient and suitable for me.

A common man's thought.....
